My blog

Ok, so my blog is not interesting at all. I only have 4 followers and all of them are the people that I know, I knew that nobody would look at my blog and I wish they would, because then I would have some exciting new people that I have never met before looking at my blog, MY blog! I mean who wants to look and learn about how much I am sad about Haiti, and about my life, I am just a 10 year old, no importance at all, AT ALL! Nothing I say is interesting, and now I am ranting on about how nobody looks at my blog, which is not interesting!

Anyway I should probably keep on writing my blog even though, every time I look at my blog, I have 4 followers, and hardly any comments.

It is raining, I mean RAINING! Hurricanes, the whole works, my dad even says soon there might be a tornado! I mean how crazy is that? A tornado in LA? Thats of 's out of this world, I mean not out of this world, but still cool.

How long does it take to get some readers? Comment below... I've been doing this thing for a few weeks now, how long does it take?!

I'll get to the interesting stuff, I did yoga today, TOTALLY relaxing, I love yoga............ Its sooo peaceful, and now I am not stressed, wait if I was not stressed, why would I be saying all these bad things about my blog? I'm gonna get peaceful now....

Life is good. My blog is interesting. ahhhhhhhhhh, feel that nice cool air, (wait hold on a second, I can't feel any nice cool air, just the sound of my sister playing with some obnoxious toy....

Gotta go, just please if your reading this, either follow me, or atleast leave me a comment! It would be so great for me!

Bye people in the world....

Haiti

Those poor, poor, poor, people in Haiti! I feel SO sorry. Many of the hospitals and jails and buildings collapsed!!! I donated 5 cents! Not really going to help, but if everyone donates 5 cents, then it is REALLY going to help.

It is quite funny because my sister was studying earthquakes just a few days before, but not funny that it happened... Not funny at all. Because people dying is not funny, especially by causes like earthquakes and volcanos.

My mom was looking on the Huffington Post, and almost all of the articles were on Haiti! The runways are broken so no way of getting there!

But it happens right? Earthquakes, tornados, volcanos, mudslides, anything like that has to happen, other wise the world would not be natural. But this earthquake has to be one of the largest ever! What would happen if there was a larger one? Disaster would strike. Well there is disaster in Haiti but still...

I just hope that we will be able to reach them soon.

Movies....

The school interview went GREAT! They seemed to really like me, well thats just what my parents said.... But I had the feeling that the interviewer did, she was really cool and sweet.

I watched A Chorus Line last night, awesome singing and dancing, I loved the song named ONE. You may have heard it before:

"One, singular sensation, every little step she takes...."

Its so catchy! I was humming and singing it for the rest of the night and in the morning, why do songs always get stuck in my head?

I also watched Murder on the Orient Express, which is an awesome film, (read the book so tried out the movie) which is full of suspense and murder, I loved the actor that was playing Hercule Poirot, just what I imagined and very funny.

School interview

Hey guys, so today I have a school interview. So nervous, I bet that all the answers to my questions are not what they want to hear!

I also saw Food Inc. last night. This has made me not want to eat another piece of meat ever again. (Even though we eat meat that has not been treated bad) I don't want to eat another thing that has ever lived again, (except for plants).

I will fill you in about the school interview afterwards...

Me, Myself, and I

Hi, my name is Hannah, I am a 10 year old 5th grader. I don't know why anybody would want to read a 10 year olds blog. But I kind of thought that I should give this a try, besides I went to the trouble of getting smooshed apple on my feet and hands, just to get the charger for my dads old macbook pro, to make this blog! So I have to do this blog now, right?

The reason I titled this blog, Me, Myself, and I, is because I thought my first blog should be about me, the 10 year old nobody.

I was born in Brighton, England, and lived there happily till I was 8 and I had to move to LA, CA. Where I have been now for 2 years.  The reason I had to move such a far way is because my dad is a film producer, (English), and my mom is a screen-writer, (American), and rainy England is not that great a place to live if you are in the movie business. Also my mom (who is American and does not like cold weather), was sick, sick, sick of all the rain, clouds, and hardly any sun. I was perfectly fine with the cold, rain and hardly any sun, but this move has been so good for me. I have changed and become so much more aware about what is happening in this world of ours since I moved. Maybe it is because of me growing 2 years older, but I think it was also the move.

I have a 12 year old older brother, who has also started a blog. You should look at it, I think that you can find it if you just type Max Piette, but I don't know, (he just started it today). I also have a 7 year old younger sister, who has also started a blog, you should look at it, try Lily Piette.

When we moved to America my mom sent us to the public schools, which did not work out for Max at all, I am not saying why, it just didn't. The principle actually said that we should try homeschooling, and guess what? My mom took the advice and we started homeschooling! Do you think that we actually did anything my mom said? Of course we didn't, it is a completely different vibe when it is your mom teaching you and when it is someone else teaching you. It didn't work out.

There is so much to say! I don't know if I can tell you everything about me, but I will try and tell you as much as I can.

We decided to get a tutor, who is also the acting teacher in the Young Actors Project, Malibu. He would come mondays, wednesdays, and fridays and teach us and do projects with us. We started in January of 2009, and ended in June of 2009. My sister and brother kept on with him, and my mom actually made a little co-op type thing for homeschoolers, which they were in, but it has suddenly stopped, because that teacher had to leave, but enough on that. While they did this I went to another co-op type thing, that is more academic, (I am quite academic) which has 9 kids, mostly 8th graders except for me and and my friend who is a 4th grader, (I'm a fifth grader). Which is what I have been doing so far.

I love acting which I do in the Young Actors Project. It is so much fun, and I think I have really improved on my acting there. We put on a play, the whole cast is kids and it is such a good program for kids I think. I have played the piano for 3 or 4 years now and have the most lovely teacher. I have just started ballet and tennis, which I enjoy very much. But of all of these things I like reading the best, it is my favorite thing to do in the whole wide, wild world.

I'm just your average 10 year old girl. Except for having a wacky mind and family. Well, my mind actually isn't that wacky, I just have become wacky from my wacky family, especially my mom who is an organic, local, healthy food freak. She is trying to start a local, organic online vegetable box delivery service. Basically so you can opt out of the super market. How are you gonna put toilet paper in a vegetable box? Just kidding, It'll be seperate from the veggie box.

We also live up in the mountains of Malibu, 15-20 minutes away from the nearest shop! We live in a beautiful mid-century modern house which has beautiful views of the pacific ocean. (We are just renting). As my brother so rightfully said, "If Malibu was the heart, and blood was the humans, we'd have pins and needles" (pins and needles is when you don't have enough blood somewhere so it gets all tickly, well thats what I think atleast). Speaking of pins and needles, I have it in my foot and neck right now, I know, why would I have it in my neck? I'm a wacky girl, well kind of.
